PEPIN PARTNERSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
IN THE COMMUNITY
Pepin Distributing Company is a family owned business and has a long standing commitment to supporting the community. The role of a beer distributor in the market place is very diverse. We provide the transportation, refrigerated storage and maintenance of a perishable malt beverage from the time it leaves the brewery to the time you the consumer purchases it. Alcohol is a unique product so we help the state keep track of the product, maintain a chain of custody of the product and we collect taxes for the state. We also deliver choice and variety of brands and packages and we help maintain a level playing field for small retailers as well as large ones. We monitor the product for freshness and make sure there is no out of stock on the retail shelves. Another important thing that we do is we actively promote the responsible consumption of our products. We have several initiatives to fight underage drinking, drunk driving and alcohol abuse.
However, one of the most important things that we do is give back to the community and to be a part of helping to build a better community for all individuals to live.
How we can work together
If you wish to request a donation or sponsorship, please send your proposal letter to: Community Relations 4121 N 50th street, Tampa Fl 33610. You can also fax your letter to 813-626-5800. All proposals must be received at least 30 days prior the event!
What information you need to include
Pepin Distributing Company believes that giving back to our community is a good business practice and that it is the right thing to do. We also believe that cause related marketing provides benefits to both parties. Publicizing our aid and involvement boosts our employee’s morale and helps influence public opinion of us and our products. It also creates a greater awareness for your organization and helps make your event a success.
Your letter should include all of the information concerning who, what, when, where, and how many people are impacted. A brief background of your organization and of the event is helpful. Your letter should outline specifically what it is you are asking us to consider and it should outline the marketing benefits we can receive. We are passionate about our products and we love the beer business. If your request is not relevant to our products, meaning that beer is not going to be served or there is not an opportunity to sample beer or there is no opportunity to drive brand awareness, you may want to reconsider asking us to participate.
Partnering with you for mutual success is our objective!
