Sponsorship Opportunities

Product Donations

Please read these guidelines before submitting your request. All requests must be submitted in writing.

Pepin Distributing Company offers product donations for specific events and non-profit fundraisers. And while we would like to align with all that is good and worthy, we sometimes have to gracefully decline.

A few things we look for selecting opportunities for product donations:
• Timing: Please give us at least 30 days prior to your event
• Location: Is your event in our territory? Our donations are limited to Hillsborough County and most of Pasco County
• Beer Donation: if your are serving our beer, here are things we need you to have:
o If it is opened to the public, we need a copy of the special event permit
o All donated beer MUST be picked up from our facility.

We do not fund:
• Teams/Individual Athletes: Due to the overwhelming amount of requests we get to sponsor athletic teams and individuals, we decided it’s just too hard to pick, so we pass on these types of sponsorships
• Bands: Ditto on the above

Sponsorship Requests
Events which are less than one month out will be typically declined. All requests must be submitted in writing and faxed to 813-626-5800 (Attn: Marketing Department)
Requests should always have the who, what, when, where, how many people, what you are asking for us to consider, contact information and the marketing benefits we will receive.

A few things we look for when selecting events and sponsorship opportunities
• Timing: A minimum of 30 days prior to your event
• Branding: It’s important that your event allows us to showcase what we are all about.
• Participation: We prefer to be hands-on and on-premise with events. So, if you are pitching an event without any marketing benefits to us we will generally pass
• Location: Is your event in our territory?

Once we have received your written request, we will review it and get back to you within two weeks.
